At Iron Claw Performance, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been installed, modified, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Electrical components
• Opened tuning or performance programmers


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Restocking Fees

Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee (typically 10–20%). If applicable, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
